We asked e2W to market our parents home on the recommendation of a friend. Laura met me at the house and I was so impressed by her professional, enthusiastic outlook that we instructed Eve and the team to proceed to market. The house sold very quickly after numerous viewings. Neither my brother or I lived locally so it was important for us to leave the sale of the house in capable hands. The sale proceeded smoothly and quickly. Eve was really helpful in suggesting a great house clearance firm and arranged for a new garage lock to be fitted. Nothing was too much trouble. Recently sold my property using E2W. I was very impressed from start to finish. Eve and her team were extremely helpful and professional always keeping me updated with the progress of the sale. All fees including , evaluations , documentation needed and legal fees were consolidated and deducted from final sale so I had nothing to worry about.
